Despite the slumping ad economy, alternative media spending is expected to continue its rapid growth. In a recent survey, 69% of media planners and buyers surveyed believe alternative ad spending would increase in 2009. Please visit Media Life Magazine (MLM) for the complete survey results.
MLM stated a few major reasons for the growth of alternative media include the “ability to deliver highly targeted messages” and “avoiding the rising clutter found with other media.”
